I have managed assets for pension funds, corporations, private equity, REIT’s and start-ups. From Core “AAA” newly constructed assets to heavy-lift value add projects, I have a proven track record of success.
Asset Management Experience
- Sumitomo Corporation of Americas – in the role of Director of Sumitomo Corporation of America’s residential investment platform, oversaw the merchant-build development, stabilization, operation, and disposition for a nationwide portfolio of multifamily properties. In an average year, the portfolio consisted of 10 properties (averaging 2,200 units).
- Real Estate Investment Trust – managed a portfolio consisting of 750 units over 7 multifamily properties for a REIT. The properties ranged from newly constructed Class “A” properties to class “C” assets in need of significant repositioning. I oversaw every aspect of budgeting, capital planning, managing 3rd party management companies, marketing and finance related activities.
- Granata Realty Advisors – successfully acquired and operated 5 multifamily assets totaling 943 units during the worst recession to hit the United States since the 1930’s.
