- Sourced, negotiated, and managed over $500 Million in joint venture LP investments on behalf of Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, with the largest U.S. developers, consistently achieving favorable terms with safeguards such as Guaranteed Maximum Price contracts while minimizing project costs and fees.
- During the economic crisis of 2008, successfully negotiated the purchase of an off-market, 177-unit apartment complex via deed-in-lieu of foreclosure at a significant discount to replacement cost for a private investor.
- While at TGM Associates, a major SEC registered Pension Fund Advisor, I led the acquisition of a record-breaking $74.5 million, 360-unit apartment complex, for the company’s $1.5 Billion fund, showcasing strong negotiation skills in securing the deal.
